In this complex; there are a total of 4 detached Helianthus villas with optional private swimming pool, 6 Daphne Apartment blocks (total 12 flats) and 5 Lilium Apartment Blocks (total 10 Lilium Flats). The complex has its own communual swimming pool also.

40 % within 15 days on signed contract agreement
