Firstly Register for Advertising your FSBO Property and
then submit your FSBO home
Before you can place a home for sale please complete the
registration form. Once registered you will be asked to
submit your home, a auto response email will instruct you
about submitting your home so no need to worry if you aren't
ready to submit your home at the time of registering for
advertising. Submitting your home details is easy. Follow
our submit home link
and save out word document onto your computer. Once saved
follow the instructions on the top of the word ducument.
Sending Your Property Photos
Photos can be sent to us:
by e-mail (as a .jpg attachment).
Sent by post if you only have the original photographs,
we will scan the photos for you
We can download your photos from your own personal
web site.
Please ensure that photos are sharp and bright as possible,
we recommend they are taken in a good light and try to
avoid flash as these rarely turn out well.
We recommend a minimum of four photos and a maximum of
7, two external photos and two internal photos being a
good guideline.
The following sizes are recommended but not crucial :
Minimum width 325 pixels for landscape photos.
Minimum width 250 pixels for portrait shape photos.
