The current phase of the this Carbon Offset Forestation Project is being undertaken on a 718 Hectare
piece of primary rainforest and grassland located in the North Eastern region of Costa Rica.
The project is being implemented in an area which is consistently suffering from deforestation for the purpose of farming, timber and the vastly
expanding pineapple industry.

secondary rainforest from private vendors thus saving it from being destroyed. The project will help to save
the rare animals and birds who inhabit this rainforest from possible extinction, as well as the precious forest trees that absorb the CO2 in
our atmosphere, a process essential to the survival of our planet.
Investment in this project will allow them to purchase more land, as well
as to maintain and guard it from illegal loggers. In return for your help, you will receive the Carbon credits the rainforest creates, which
you can use yourself or resell.
Why Costa Rica is Ideal for a Carbon Offset Project
Costa Rica is a small country occupying only 0.001% of the planet’s surface, and yet it is home to between 7% and 8% of
the planet’s biodiversity. The list of endangered species that can be found in Costa Rica include the Macaw, golden toad, Puma and Jaguar,
to name but a few.
Sadly, deforestation for the purposes of land development and farming have become very popular and now pose a major threat to
the stunningly beautiful and important rainforests of Costa Rica. A safe country with infamously friendly people, Costa Rica is one of the
world leaders in environmental awareness and is politically highly stable, rated 5th in the world in the 2008 Environmental Performance Index.
In 2007 the government of Costa Rica stated that they aim for their land to be the first country to become carbon neutral by
2021. Thus, the political and environmental climate of Costa Rica is ideal for a project of this kind and receives great support and recognition
both locally and worldwide.
How this Carbon Offset Forestation Project Works
This project is fully accredited and verified by qualified professionals,
legal and environmental experts. It believes in complete transparency and all
project supporting documentation can be provided by their sales team - they
will even take you around the forest to see the project for yourself. Lawyers based in Costa Rica and Europe have overseen the project and find
it not to be in breach of any European, Costa Rican or international laws.
Their forestry projects do not create temporary carbon basins; they conserve
