Cesme is very good for family holidays, situated 75 kms from
Izmir, many of the hotels are smaller and have their own private
pools and some are still family owned giving that authentic
feel to your Turkish holiday, Cesme is a small but friendly
town and as such very safe for young families, with its crystal
clear waters, sandy beaches and lovely restaurants, their
fish restaurants are some of the best in the region.

Cesme gets its name from the thermal springs found there,
the centre of town has a 14th century Genoese fortress,
you cant miss it as it is next to Main square where everything
takes place, both night and day. The main beaches are Ilica
and Boyalik with the best windsurfing being at Alacati beach.
