Location - Berlin’s mosts
prestigious residential area
This project is located in the sought
after Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf area
of Berlin and close to Berlin’s
main thoroughfare the Ku-Damm, famous
for its many shops, cafés and restaurants.
The area is well connected by public transport
including the Metro, Bus and one of the
city’s main arteries.
The southern part of the district is one
of the wealthier areas of Berlin with
posh flats and apartments. The northern
part is a nice residential area. Charlottenburg
was the centre of the former West Berlin
and was built-up after the war. Today
it’s mostly an up-market shopping
and living area for city slickers. The
famous Schloss Charlottenburg or palace,
rivalled only by Versailles outside Paris,
is located here with its vast gardens,
popular for walks and bicycle rides. The
river Spree runs through the area and
the district is well connected by public
transport including the Berlin Metro.
Wilmersdorf is a wealthy residential area
with mostly smaller or single houses/villas.
The Schoelerpark development is located
specifically in this area. While the development
benefits from its own impressive gardens,
its also located close to the Volkspark
Wilmersdorf (or Wilmersdorf Park). One
of Berlin’s most beautiful parks
it offers residents of the area a wide
range of outdoor facilities for long walks,
tennis, swimming, mini-golf and more.
The project offers residents an ideal
alternative in city living, close to all
city centre amenities, situated in a green
area with parks and outdoor leisure facilities
and also in a very clean and prestigious
area. It’s not surprising that many
tenants here are deciding to purchase
the apartment they live in.
The Development
Life in the park - Quite
a unique development for any city this
project is centred around it’s very
own park, named the Schoelerpark. Within
the park is a small castle built in 1752
and under monument protection. The castle
is currently being renovated into a library.
The project was originally laid out in
1931 and since then has been one of the
area’s signature real estate developments.
It was partially renovated in 1951 due
to some damage sustained during the war.
The development consists of 290 units,
more than half of which are being purchased
by the current tenants, an unusually high
level of resident ownership for Berlin.
The Apartments and TUV Certification
- High quality, spacious units.
30 prime units have been provided for
exclusive sale in the international marketplace
for a limited time. All apartments have
a high quality specification and all have
tenants. However as tenants leave the
units are modernised by the management
company at no cost to the owner. The project
is made up of 1 & 2 room apartments
ranging from 52sqm up to 85sqm.
All units have been TUV certified. TUV
is a quality award for quality real estate
projects in Germany. The certification
is granted based on a strict inspection
criteria including quality of the build,
state of installations such as electricity,
plumbing, and checks on build materials.
