Climate of Cyprus
Cyprus enjoys Mediterraean climate, with abundant sunshine year round. Long dry summers and mild winters are seperated by shoirt autumn and
spring seasons. Summer is a time of high tempertures with cloudless skies, but the sea breeze creates a pleasant enviroment in the costal areas.
Winters are mild, with some rain and snow in the Troodos Mountains.

The people of Cyprus are proud of their 9000 year history which has been influenced by many civilisations. Today's Cypriots enjoy the riches
of the islands which include good food and wine. Throughout time religion and family values still remain strong and families will congregate

Language Spoken in Cyprus
The local language is Greek, but over 80% of the population speak English, making life for the non-Greek speaker much easier.
Correspondence with the government and other authorites can also be done in English. All road signs are in Greek and English.
