Terms and Conditions:
Stage 1
Reservation
Once you have made a decision on which apartment
you wish to purchase the next stage is to
reserve the apartment. The reservation fee
is €1000. This needs to be paid to the
developer on the date of reservation and is
taken out of the fourth deposit. *Reserves
the property for 21 days.
Stage 2
The first instalment representing 30 % (thirty
per cent) of the price , payable within a
term of 14 (fourteen) days, counted from the
date of signing the Preliminary Purchase Contract.
Stage 3
The second instalment, representing 20 % (twenty
per cent) of the price, after the completion
of the foundations of the building.
Stage 4
The third instalment, constituting 20 % of
the price, after the rough completion and
the coverage of the building by a roof.
Stage 5
The fourth instalment , constituting 30 %
of the price , at the assignment of the ownership
over the SITE.
