The Development shall consist of 333 apartments.
Apartments will range from studios, 1 bedroom
and 2 bedroom units. The studio apartment gross
floor area starts at 33.84, one bedroom apartment
floor area from 40 square metres gross and two
bedroom apartments from 60sqm gross.
Construction has been scheduled to start in
the later half of 2006 and the estimated construction

Location
Our development will be located approximately
6 km north of Bansko close to the town of Razlog,
